Ultra Lightweight Deep Fill Floor Leveling For Renovations and Adaptive Reuse: Spex•Crete™ 350 SS

Spex•Crete™ 350 SS has a dry bulk density of ~ 2.8 - 3.25 pounds per square foot at 1" thick. This means you can go after those jobs that have strict weight per square foot requirements. Please note that Spex•Crete™ 350 SS is not a wear surface and needs to be topped with Spex•Crete™ 5000 W SLU. 

Spex•Crete™ 350 SS offers a working time of 30 - 40 minutes to give your team the time needed for a great install. Mix, pump, place and finish!

Spex•Crete™ 350 Super Set is designed to make installation quick and easy. It can be barrel mixed or pumped with ease. At a pump study done by ChemGrout, Spex•Crete™ 350 Super Set had a flow rate of 26.77 gallons per minute at only 22 psi with an estimated pumping distance of over 300 feet through 1 1/4" hose!

Spex•Crete™ 350 SS has an improved set time meaning you can return the floor to service faster than other deep fill products. 

Spex•Crete™ provides superior adhesion to subfloors than foam alternatives, providing you a quality foam with enhanced bon strength and compressive strength!

This product comes ready to use! It is an all in one system which means improved batch accuracy and consistency floor to floor, job to job. No additional steps / dosing / measuring required. All you have to do is add it to water and mix, pump/pour, place and cap!

Spex•Crete™ 350 SS is very easy to mix and pump. Our lightweight particles incorporate well into the mix and stay well blended at the proper water levels. Our secret sauce makes SpexCrete 350 Super Set a very easy system to work with! Use depth pins, a gauge rake and/or smoother to manipulate the material to the depths of your choice. 

Spex•Crete™ 350 Super Set dries quickly and is ready to be capped at most depths the next 1 to 2 days with a self leveling underlayment (Spex•Crete™ 5000), wear surface self leveler (Spex•Crete™ 5000 W) or gypsum leveler.
